Modules

What the platform actually does.

Every module below has a working screen and a backend behind it today. We have left off anything we could not show you in a demo this week.

Customers & enquiries

Core

Every enquiry in one queue, with the customer behind it.

Enquiries arrive from your own website into a single queue, each one linked to the customer record it belongs to. Nothing lives in an inbox that only one person can see.

Quotations

Core

Build a quote, send it, see when it is accepted.

Priced quotations and service quotations, sent as branded documents, with the decline and acceptance recorded against the quote rather than buried in a reply.

Payment plans & tracking

Core

Deposits, instalments and what is still owed.

Payment plans with instalment schedules, recorded payments, and an outstanding balance you can read off a screen instead of reconstructing from a bank statement.

Packages & itineraries

Your holiday products, and the itineraries that sell them.

A catalogue of packages with departures, plus reusable itinerary templates so the fifth Mara quote does not start from a blank page.

Hotels

Hotel products, rates and enquiries.

Hotel listings with the rates and availability your agency sells on, and the enquiries they generate handled in the same queue as everything else.

Visa cases

Applications, documents and where each one has got to.

A case per application, with the documents collected, the stage it has reached and the service fee charged — so answering "where is my visa" takes one look.

Suppliers & procurement

Who you buy from, and what you agreed.

Supplier records with the commercial terms behind them, so a cost on a quote can be traced to the supplier it came from.

Transfers, drivers & vehicles

Airport pickups and tour transport, assigned and tracked.

Vehicles and drivers with assignments against bookings, for agencies that move their own customers rather than subcontracting every transfer.

Staff, roles & performance

Core

Who can see what, and who sold what.

Staff accounts with role-based access, sales attributed to the consultant who made them, KPI targets and appraisal cycles.

Reports & sales

Core

What the agency sold, by consultant and by product.

Sales reporting with per-consultant breakdowns, plus each consultant's own view of their numbers rather than a monthly spreadsheet from management.

Resellers & sub-agents

Sub-agents selling your products under their own markup.

Reseller accounts with their own logins and margins, for agencies that distribute through smaller agents.

GDS ticket ingestion

Galileo and Amadeus files read into your sales ledger.

Ticket files from Galileo (MIR) and Amadeus (AIR) read automatically into the ticket ledger, credited to the consultant whose sign-on issued them, with voids and refunds applied. An advanced module for agencies that issue their own tickets.

What is not here.

A customer-facing booking website. Great Times runs one, and the same components could be configured for your brand, but it is not part of what we are offering agencies yet. The platform above is the staff-facing system.

Live airline inventory and payment gateways. There are working integrations in the Great Times deployment, but they are configured against our own accounts. Connecting yours is project work, not a switch, and we would scope it with you rather than imply it is included.

Self-service sign-up. There is no provisioning engine yet. Getting an agency onto the platform is something we do with you.

Pick the modules that match what you sell

Tell us which ones matter and the demonstration will be about those, not a tour of everything.
